Experience
I attended a leadership seminar with Klemmer and Associates in 2008 where I learned vital tools for success in life. It taught me a great deal about responsibility, being proactive, communication, compassion, patience, and more. I worked for the Boys and Girls Club of North County were I was responsible for fifteen, 5th and 6th graders, as well as organize games and activities for them every day. I would also tutor each one of them with homework and areas of needed improvement suggested by their teacher. I want to be a tutor because I am currently in school and have been since I started(no time off after high school). I feel I have a knack for communication and when it comes to kids, I have as much fun as they do even when it comes to studies. As I am a student with a part time job, I feel this schedule and extra income will be the perfect position for myself, the company, and the students.
